Conditions For Absentee Bidding: Absentee bids, whether written, phoned, or faxed, are accepted as legal and binding contracts to PURCHASE THE DESCRIBED ITEMS. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY FAX, OR EMAIL WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS. PAYMENT IS EXPECTED WITHIN 15 DAYS FOLLOWING NOTIFICATION. Anyone of good creditworthiness acceptable to the auctioneer may leave a bid, including the auction staff, however, it is up to the sole description of the auctioneer whether to accept an absentee bid or not. In the event that an absentee or phone representative fails to execute an absentee or phone bid (regardless of reason) the representative and or John W. Coker, LTD. will not be held responsible for any actual or imagined losses incurred. Telephone bidders MUST confirm approximate time of phone bid and exact number at least 24 hours prior to bidding because, representatives will not attempt to reach you after dialing twice.
Breech of Purchase: If the purchaser fails to pay in full the total purchase price of all items for which he/she was the highest bidder within 15 days of the sale, John W. Coker, LTD. may exercise all legal rights and remedies which may include: Terminating the sale and applying any payments made by the purchaser to the damages caused by the purchasers breech, and/or reoffering these items without any reserve at public auction and holding the purchaser liable for any deficiency plus the cost of reselling the items.
Buyers Premium: A 10% buyers premium will be added to the total sales/bid price.
Shipping & Taxes: THE SUCCESSFUL ABSENTEE / PHONE BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR: A MINIMUM HANDLING CHARGE OF $25.00, ALL SHIPPING, AND INSURANCE COSTS, 15% BUYERS PREMIUM Please allow a minimum of 15 working days for shipping after funds have cleared.

event of a tie bid. If "+1" is not indicated by
bidder, a "no" response will be automatically
presumed by the bidding representative. In the even that
