Samantha was a series of books around 1900 and this has a really well decorated front cover showing people walking up to an architectural gem of a building.

This book shows how the author worked and moved through the levels of late 19th century strata to become what was a role model for children to work and get ahead. Well illustrated on the cover, there is some separation on the inside all pages intact and tight but there is some separation. This is a continuation of Harry Walton's adventures.

Published in Philadelphia by the Quaker City Publishing Co., this book shows all sorts of ideas from antiquity to Baptists to Biblical texts that are of major interest to persons studying the similarities and differences in religion. Very well illustrated with woodblock or engravings, the book is in excellent condition and would be a good reference tool for researchers.

Description:  A great children's book, very well illustrated in the late 1940s, this book shows a cat and mouse adventures. Really well done, this is a classic. Some damage to cover and slight damage to spine, the book is very intact and ready for story telling to today's children.

Item:  Modern Spanish Painting by A.G. Temple

Description:  Written in 1908 by A. G. Temple, this book shows a good review of Spanish painters since the time of Goya. Mr. Temple was the Director of the Guildhall Art Gallery, London, and this book was printed by Arnold Fairbairns & Co., and is number 117 out of 300. The book has been a library book and bears the stamps and withdrawn notations. Each of the illustrations are engravings and are extremely high quality. This book is certainly a collectors items and in really good condition in what appears to be hand made paper. There is some nicks to the corners, but the overall information and images are outstanding.
