| Description | It is absolutely impossible to describe the hand work extending on the edges to the rim down to the center on this compote. The silver piece is completely handmade and would basically have a floral design as one could expect to see in a tightly woven oriental rug. This was made specifically for an American oilman and returned to the US in the late 1950s. |
