every effort was made to work with building on our knox county property, but, KNOX COUNTY BUILDING OFFICIALS ARE SIMPLY UNCOOPERATIVE.  THERE IS NO Reasoning with them. these are career bureaucrats that do not have to run for re-election, and sadly, they are not in any manner considerate or useful in resolving any issues. its a shame to see our tax dollars being spent in this fashion, with no options other than going to the judicial system.  

8 1/2 months trying to work with the different agencies, all wasted.

 if you have an interest in building in knox county, tenn., be forewarned, these are not helpful government agencies for business construction.

 The Downstairs Gallery is simply so full, we can not get photos of the sale items.  Worst of all, the contents of 2 more houses are coming in for this as well.  If you are serious about buying, you need to come on with an empty truck, van, trailer and be ready to haul. Its hard to say what all is here, but the old addage if a little is good, a lot is better is certainly in place here. And best of all, its useful as well as worthwhile. No Internet Bidding at this sale, 10% Buyers Premium.  Call with any questions you may have and it might be a good idea to reserve a seat, the merchandise will take more space than normal and there will be less seating.
