every effort was made to work with building on our knox county property, but, KNOX COUNTY BUILDING OFFICIALS ARE SIMPLY UNCOOPERATIVE.  THERE IS NO Reasoning with them. these are career bureaucrats that do not have to run for re-election, and sadly, they are not in any manner considerate or useful in resolving any issues. its a shame to see our tax dollars being spent in this fashion, with no options other than going to the judicial system.  

8 1/2 months trying to work with the different agencies, all wasted.

 if you have an interest in building in knox county, tenn., be forewarned, these are not helpful government agencies for business construction.
