the new building is GOING TO BE BUILT IN JEFFERSON COUNTY.

KNOX COUNTY BUILDING OFFICIALS ARE SIMPLY UNCOOPERATIVE.  THERE IS NO Reasoning with them.

8 1/2 months trying to work with the different agencies, all wasted.

 if you have an interest in building in knox county, tenn., be forewarned, these are not helpful government agencies for business construction.
